CONTEXTE DU POSTE :
Based in National Pediatric Hospital in Phnom Penh, the psychologist of FRC HIV/AIDS programs:
 will currently work with the medical team in National Pediatric Hospital, (NPH) within the Child Improvement Health Clinic, (CHIC)
 will liaise with the NCHADS psychosocial Unit in charge of national guidelines and psychosocial orientation
 will liaise with the Department of Mental Health in charge of national psychological care and orientation
OBJECTIFS DU POSTE :
According to the fact that this component of the project has just started, the psychologist will have to work on different levels and follow specific steps :
- Strengthen the actual dynamic and insure the psychosocial issues understanding, respecting step by step work process : implementation step linked with daily evaluation
- Development, extend and FU activities
 The psychologist will have to evaluate the coherency of each activity: scope, tools, objectives and means regarding to psychological needs and approach and if possible, following previous recommendations.
 S/he will work as a technical advisor for the psychosocial team. As the recruitment of Cambodian psychologist is new, s/he will be responsible for helping him/her to take his place as psychosocial coordinator (to be identified as it by the team) and support him/her to assume the responsibility of overall supervision and management of psychosocial activities for HIV infected children.
Profil du candidat
Expériences : 2/3 years experienced in NGOs and development projects;Knowledge on HIV and specific problematic linked would be a plus
Formation : Graduated in psychology
Langues : anglais exigé, lu, écrit, parlé
